Found in 2004, EPO Fashion Group is an international multi-brand fashion company, which focuses on providing global metropolitan women with stylish, high quality, and cost effective fashion products.
Under the group there are trendy women’ s wear brand MO&Co, Light luxury women’s wear brand edition, and kids’ wear brand little MO&Co EPO qualifies with innovative corporate culture, sense of social responsibility and sustainable development. Over the decades the group has devoted to the MO-Art charity fund, which is an aesthetics enlightenment programme for children in rural and impoverished area. The group also maintains strategic cooperation with the global non profit environmental protection organization WWF.

In 2004, EPO founded its first women's clothing brand, MO&Co., which has been in existence for 20 years and is the No.1 contemporary fashion women's clothing brand in China.
MO&Co. has always taken cool and rock chic as its brand DNA, and is committed to creating contemporary fashion women's clothing with androgynous inspired looks. The core consumers of MO&Co. are young urban women aged 20-35 with fashionable personalities.

The Innovation

Center of EPO Fashion Group has been working in a deep cooperation with the most
outstanding designers, creative talents, and organizations in the world. We have launched our first designer co-branded collection with Paris designer brand KOCHÉ. After that, in 2020, collaborated with Finnish designer AALTO, New York designer Matthew Adams Dolan, and Berlin based brand 032c, we consistently launched a series of co-branded collections. In 2021, MO&Co . released a collaborative collection with the Berlin hipster
label GMBH, and the Paris Asian designer KIMHEKIM.
Worked with the Italian label Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, we reinterpreted the collegiate style in 2022. This year,we co branded with the Chinese national fashion icon Feiyue , speaking out for Made in China, and we were so glad to have these co-branding partners below: ACLER from Australia, Rokh from London, and MÜNN from Korea.
For Spring 2024 MO&Co has launched an exclusive collaboration with Italian label SUNNEI, showcasing effortlessly chic through relaxed and comfortable styles. In 2024 Summer and Autumn, MO&Co & little MO&Co .launched an exclusive joint collection with the world renowned sports brand Reebok. For the autumn of 2024, MO&Co . has teamed up with avant garde Parisian label Coperni to launch a joint collection that pays homage to the futuristic style of the 90s.

MO&Co. converts rock & roll style into multiple youth culture, communicates and resonates with customers by various events. Large scale fashion shows are highly praised by the media, and draw the attention of the industry.
